Before you start
You need:
- an Oopbuy account
- a product link or a find from this spreadsheet directory
- a rough budget for item cost and later international shipping
- time to review warehouse photos before the parcel leaves China
If you are brand new, read What is Oopbuy? first.
Step 1 — Shortlist a product
Start on the homepage, a category page, a brand page, or the broader product catalog linked from this site.
Look for:
- a clear product title and images
- a size or option you can actually wear or use
- any QC signal on the card, if shown
- a price that still makes sense after domestic freight, FX, and international shipping
This directory is a discovery layer. It does not process payment.
Step 2 — Verify the live listing
Open the live product page and confirm:
- the exact colourway / version
- size chart or centimetre measurements
- current stock
- seller photos and notes
- the full product URL
Chinese size labels often run differently from US or EU labels. Prefer measurements over letter sizes when both are available.
Step 3 — Submit the link on Oopbuy
Log in at Oopbuy and paste the URL into the buy or DIY order flow.
Then:
- choose size, colour, and quantity
- add remarks only when they are useful (for example packaging notes the seller can follow)
- review the item-stage total
- pay with a method available on your checkout screen
Commonly seen methods include PayPal, cards, and Klarna where eligible. Availability depends on region and the live checkout. See payment methods.
Step 4 — Wait for warehouse intake
After payment, the agent purchases the item and waits for domestic delivery into the warehouse. Timing varies by seller and route.
When the status updates to stored / stocked in:
- open the order
- review any warehouse photos
- decide whether the item is acceptable
Use the QC photos guide before you approve shipping. The warehouse intake and storage guide explains timing and consolidation.
Step 5 — Create the international parcel
Only after you are happy with the stored items:
- open My Warehouse
- select the goods to ship together
- enter the recipient address carefully
- compare shipping lines and restrictions
- pay the estimated freight deposit
- settle the final amount after packing
Details live in the international shipping guide and packaging, restrictions, and insurance guide.
Buying checklist
- Live listing still has the correct size and colour
- Full product URL copied
- Item-stage fee and FX checked at checkout
- Warehouse photos reviewed before waybill
- Shipping line compared for restrictions and tracking
- Declaration fields filled according to the destination rules shown
What this guide intentionally leaves out
Deep coupon mechanics, contested fee marketing claims, and destination-specific tax strategies belong on dedicated pages or the live help centre. For returns after intake, see returns and refunds.
FAQ
Usually no. The first payment covers the goods and domestic delivery to the China warehouse. International shipping is paid later when stored items are packed into a waybill. That second stage depends on weight, volume, destination, and line choice, so the item-stage total is not your final landed cost.
Paste the full product page URL from a supported marketplace source. Avoid shop homepages, incomplete short links, image URLs, tracking redirects, or screenshots without a usable link. If Oopbuy does not parse the page, check the URL format or use a manual / DIY order form when the live checkout offers one.
As soon as the item shows as received or stored in the warehouse, and always before you submit a waybill. Check size, colour, model, accessories, and visible damage first. If something looks wrong, start after-sales while the goods are still in China instead of shipping first and disputing later.
Trust the live seller page over the spreadsheet card. If the size, colour, or stock changed, choose another option on the same listing or find a different product before paying. Spreadsheet previews can lag behind marketplace updates, so verify options again right before checkout.
