What Oopbuy Does

Oopbuy is a China shopping agent. Instead of buying finished goods from a brand site, you ask the agent to purchase items from Chinese marketplaces, hold them in a warehouse, and later ship one or more parcels to your address.

That workflow is useful when:

  • the product page is on a marketplace that does not ship to you directly
  • you want to combine several finds into one international package
  • you want warehouse photos before paying international freight

Oopbuy is not Nike, Adidas, Supreme, or any brand retailer. Brand tags on spreadsheet finds only describe how marketplace products are labeled.

What a shopping agent does

A typical agent order has two payment stages:

  1. Item stage — pay for the goods and domestic delivery into the China warehouse.
  2. Parcel stage — after items arrive and you review them, create a waybill and pay international shipping.

Between those stages, goods sit in My Warehouse. That is where buyers usually review intake photos, decide whether to keep an item, and choose which pieces ship together.

How Oopbuy works step by step

1. Submit a product

Search on Oopbuy or paste a full marketplace product URL. Confirm the size, colour, quantity, seller notes, and current stock before payment.

2. Pay the item stage

The first checkout normally covers the seller’s item price and domestic delivery to the warehouse. It is not the final landed total.

3. Wait for purchasing and warehouse intake

The order progresses through purchasing and seller-delivery statuses. Once the item is received, it appears in My Warehouse. Return windows, when supported, may begin from this intake status.

4. Review warehouse photos

Check the received variant, visible condition, labels, measurements, and included accessories. This is the practical point to request more photos or start after-sales before export.

5. Create an international parcel

Select accepted warehouse items, enter the delivery address, choose packaging and a shipping line, then pay the estimated freight deposit. After packing, the final weight and charge are reconciled.

6. Track delivery

Follow the waybill inside your account and use the carrier tracking number when available. Transit depends on the selected line, destination, customs, and seasonal delays.

What Oopbuy is not

  • Not an official brand storefront
  • Not a guarantee of authenticity or “same as retail”
  • Not the same thing as this independent spreadsheet directory
  • Not a customs broker that removes destination tax risk

Saved help materials describe visible warehouse checks and return windows in some cases, but they do not turn every order into a risk-free purchase.

Typical cost building blocks

Independent of marketing slogans, landed cost usually includes:

  • seller item price
  • domestic China freight to the warehouse
  • international shipping after packing
  • a declaration / handling fee that may vary by line
  • optional services such as extra photos, reinforced packaging, or insurance
  • currency conversion differences at checkout

Always read the live payment screen. Figures published in mid-2026 help pages and buyer reports can change.

FAQ

No. Oopbuy is a China shopping agent. You submit a product link or place an order, the agent purchases from Chinese marketplaces, stores the goods in a warehouse, and ships internationally only after you create a parcel. Brand tags on spreadsheet finds describe marketplace labels, not an official Nike, Adidas, or Supreme storefront.

No. This is an independent Oopbuy Spreadsheet guide. Use it to browse categories, brands, and buying explainers. Ordering, payment, warehouse photos, shipping quotes, and after-sales all happen on Oopbuy or the live product catalog you open from a find.

Expect the seller item price, domestic freight into the warehouse, international shipping later, and possible declaration or add-on fees. Currency conversion markup can also raise the total beyond an interbank rate. The first checkout is not the full landed cost, so leave budget for freight and optional services.

Usually after warehouse intake, not when you first buy the item. Once goods are stored and you accept the QC photos, open My Warehouse, select items, choose a shipping line, pay the freight estimate, and settle any difference after packing. Do not rush into a waybill before reviewing the received goods.
