Seller-to-warehouse timing depends on seller handling, domestic carrier speed, stock availability, and whether the order needs clarification.
What warehouse intake means
At intake, staff associate the incoming package with your order and update its status. This is when you should:
- confirm the correct product and quantity arrived
- review available warehouse or QC photos
- check size, colour, labels, and obvious damage
- note the storage deadline shown in the account
- act quickly if you need a return or exchange
Return windows, when supported, may begin from warehouse intake rather than from international delivery.
